Listening to Your Inner Voice
Your intuition is always speaking — often in a whisper. Learn how to quiet the noise so you can finally hear it.

We live surrounded by voices — advice, opinions, notifications, the expectations of family and culture. Somewhere beneath them all is a quieter voice that knows what is right for us.
How intuition speaks
Intuition rarely shouts. It shows up as a sense of ease or tightness in the body, a thought that keeps returning, or a quiet “yes” or “not this” that arrives before the reasons do.
Your intuition is always speaking. The practice is learning to listen.
Creating space to hear it
Start by reducing the noise. Spend a few minutes each day without input — no podcasts, no scrolling, no conversation. Walking, journaling and meditation all help the quieter voice rise to the surface.
When facing a decision, try imagining each option as already chosen. Notice how your body responds. Expansion and lightness often point towards what is true for you.
Trusting what you hear
Trust grows through small experiments. Follow your inner voice in low-stakes moments and notice what happens. Over time you will build a relationship with it — and the whisper will become easier to hear.
